Ingredients:
2 tbsp almond meal flour
1/2 tbsp cacao powder
3 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp Pereskia Powder
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp coconut milk
Method:
Grease a large mug with lots of butter, ensure mug has large diameter.
Place all ingredients in the mug and stir well with fork.
Place mug in microwave for 90 seconds.
Remove from microwave and allow to cool as it will continue to cook for a few minutes and is very hot.
Serve with yoghurt/whipped cream and berries.
